2027 Federal Poverty Level limits · Annual income
According to the 2027 enrollment flyer, income must be between 100% and 400% of the Federal Poverty Level to qualify for a tax credit.

Immigrant eligibility
The 2027 flyer lists lawfully present immigrants with incomes below $15,960 for an individual or $33,000 for a family of four, who are not otherwise eligible for Medicaid, as eligible for a free or reduced monthly premium.
