Low-Cost Health Insurance Plans MAY BE available for as little as
#1 Special Enrollment Period Eligibility – Low Income

  • Income between 100% and 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
  • Plans for as little as $0 per for incomes between 100% and 150% of FPL

OR
# 2 Special Enrollment Period Eligibility – Qualifying Life Event

  • You married during the SEP window.
  • You become a dependent or have/adopt a child.
  • You become a United States citizen or lawfully present resident.
  • You moved homes permanently.
  • There was an error with your open enrollment.
  • You have an income or circumstance change that makes you newly eligible.

BRHPC is helping get the word out about the SEP to Broward residents and assisting those
who qualify with signing up for affordable health care coverage.

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
